What type of wood do you use for your furniture?
We specialize in 100% solid pine wood sourced from sustainable forests in Brazil. Unlike many competitors, we do not use MDF or particle board in our construction.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days via standard ground carriers.
Does the furniture require assembly?
Yes, our furniture is shipped 'Ready to Assemble' (RTA). Each piece comes with detailed instructions and all necessary hardware for a straightforward setup process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and items must be in new, unassembled condition.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the finish, simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals or excessive heat and moisture, as natural wood can react to environmental changes.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Grain Wood Furniture products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
