At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to love your new solid wood pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the furniture carefully and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the boxes and drop them off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs.
